Regarding the Big Meeting in Belgrade

Today's demonstrations in defense of Kosovo & Metohija greatly remind me of the demonstrations in defense of Kosovo & Metohija from Milosevich's era. The centralized one held in Belgrade on the 21st of February, came like the one held at Gazimestan, St.Vitus Day in 1989. Only, Milosevich gathered a larger public. It was said - a whole million. And for what it is, the place was more suitable, after all.
Interestingly enough, only one man all these years completely stayed within the first plan: Emir Kusturica. He didn't speak at Gazimestan, as he did in Belgrade, but he spoke and still speaks the same story. They criticized him for supporting Milosevich, and now they will criticize him for supporting Kostunica, Nikolich or whoever. The truth is, however, the man comprehends the substance of the real story. And, in essence, it's all the same: the Great Powers are taking away Serbian land. The highlighting of the first plan by the politicians and their respective party's is nothing more than a halation around the real story.
Twenty-some years ago, it wasn't quite clear what the intent of the Great Powers were, and then fury was directed towards the Croatian and Slovenian politicians, who supported the Albanian separatists. The Communist role in that process was known even then, as it is known even today, but it is somehow limited. For that reason, it would have to be explained who opposed the Communists the most. Because of the Communist past, and the comprehension of its complexity, it is inexpressible for politicians.
Opposing them, therefore, were the Serbian soldiers and politicians with General Drazha at the forefront. This is what Drazha wrote at the end of 1943:
"Yugoslavian Communists promised Kosovo to Albania in order to bring into their ranks Albanians, against the Serbs. This promise was given by Tito, and that same resilient Croatian who in association with Pavelich is systematically eradicating the Serbian people in Lika, Kordun, Banija, Dalmatia, Hercegovina and Srem.Tito today promises the Albanians the glorious Serbian Kosovo, pride of our history, and tomorrow he will promise the Bulgarians Southern Serbia, Bachka and Banat to the Hungarians, so as to reduce the Serbs to a Belgrade Pashalic".
He wrote this as well:
"In order to confront this evil in its path, I decree: First, that in the entire country, in all our frontiers, to be declared: that all Serbs are to rally in a unified battle against our most dangerous adversary, the Communists, in whose ranks can be found Ustashi and the entire scum of this country".
The chances that the Communists would defeat Drazha were the same chances that Thaci had to defeat Pavkovich. But, the Great Powers intervened.
Again, Drazha writes: "Observing current events in the country, we thought that the British propaganda didn't know what it was doing.However, we are currently uncovering that the British are aware and are calculatingly working on the formation of a Croatian block.This entire block would have a Communist form, or as they put it, a Partizan form for the sake of legitimacy in front of the Allies.
In this way, the Great Powers placed before the legal army and political structure, one terroristic paramilitary group.
The political structures, assembly and the government, nevertheless, were doing their job, continuing from where their predecessors left off. They requested that, at the new peace conference, to be returned to Serbia what was taken from her at the previous conference, after World War One: access to the sea via Skadar. At that time Nikola Pashich was at the forefront of the Serbian delegation. He stated that the Serbian Army in 1912 liberated Skadar from the Turks, and that she had to relinquish it due to Austro-Hungarian threats. The "Black-Yellow" monarchy no longer existed; nevertheless, the Great Powers solidified her acquisition. The Great Powers were united even back in 1878. The Serbian Army liberated Kosovo from the Turks. Under pressure of the Great Powers, the Army had to retreat, regardless that it was well known that the Serbian population on Kosovo & Metohija were facing the largest scale of genocide against them to date.
In that effect, there is a single line from King Milosh Obrenovich and his best diplomat Jovan Ristich (1878), across to King Peter Karageorgevich (1912), Nikola Pashich (1918), Drazha (1944) and Milosevich (1989), to Kostunica and Nikolich today, as there is a single line from Bismark, Lord Beaconsfield, across to Franz Joseph and Lloyd George, Churchill, Roosevelt and Hitler, to Clinton, Bush and the rest. It's better to know that everything didn't start from the 5th of October 2000.

1941-1944---"Kosova" is made "independent" and part of a Greater Albania by Adolf Hitler. This is when Albanian ultra-nationalists realized their goal to create a Greater Albania and an independent Kosova under Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini.
1943---The Second League of Prizren, sponsored and established by Nazi Germany, reaffirms the commitment to create and maintain an independent "Kosova" and a Greater Albania under Nazi sponsorship. Later, the US and EU would replace Nazi Germany as the sponsor of Greater Albania.

1951---The U.S. organizes and launches Operation Fiend, one of the first experiments in "regime change" in Albania. Frank Wisner is one of the leaders of the project. His son would lead the efforts in 2006 to create a Greater Albania, an independent "Kosova", which his father failed to achieve.
1968---Albanian separatism in Kosovo emerges. Closer tries with Albania are established.
1969---Kosovo Albanians begin closer ties with Tirana and begin importing textbooks and teachers from Albania and create their own Albanian school system and university. The "Albanianization" of Kosovo begins.

1974---The Communist dictator Josip Broz Tito changes the Yugoslav constitution giving Kosovo Albanians control of Kosovo. Albanians control every area of Kosovo from the police to teachers to judges.
1981---Albanians in Kosovo demand independence or secession from Yugoslavia. They demand to be a Republic which is code for independent or a part of Albania. They demand: "We Want a Unified Albania!" Dozens are killed in separatist riots. Serbian Patriarchate in Pec is burned down but no one knows how or why.
1982---British historian Nora Beloff notes that "ethnic cleansing" originated in Kosovo when Albanian Muslims killed or drove off Serbs. Albanians begin terror campaign of ethnic cleansing against Kosovo Serbs. From 1981-1989, an estimated 20,000 Kosovo Serbs are driven out of Kosovo by Albanian ultranationalists.
1982---Ethnically motivated murders of Kosovo Serbs begin with the murders of Kosovo Serbs Danilo Milincic and Miodrag Saric. 
1985---Kosovo Serb Djorje Martinovic is "found with a broken bottle up his anus." Albanian attackers sodomized him to force him out of the province to create an ethnically pure Kosova. US media claims that Martinovic was a closet homosexual who injured himself. The brutal sodomy of Martinovic inflames passions in the rest of Serbia.
1987---Fadil Hoxha, leader of Kosovo Albanians, advocates that Albanian Muslims rape Kosovo Serb women.

1989---Murders, rapes, desecration of Kosovo Serbian property, churches, and cemeteries forces Serbian government to rescind "autonomy" that Communist dictatorship created.
1991---Albanian separatists respond by proclaiming Kosovo a republic, which is tantamount to independence, which is recognized only by neighboring Albania. Albanian separatists gain sponsorship of a Greater Albania by contributing money to Thomas Lantos, Robert Dole, and Joe Biden. The U.S. becomes the sponsor of Greater Albania.
1996---A violent and armed terrorist and separatist group emerges, the KLA/UCK, whose goal is to create a Greater Albania, an independent "Kosova". KLA begins killing Kosovo Serb civilians and police. Dozens of Yugoslav policemen, Serbs and Albanians, are brutally murdered by the KLA.
April, 1998---95 percent of the Yugoslav population rejected international mediation on Kosovo in a referendum. The so-called Balkan Contact Group imposed new international sanctions against Yugoslavia even though the decision was by a majority of the Yugoslav population, that is, was democratically determined.

October, 1998---NATO plans airstrikes against Yugoslav targets, which would later include hospitals, nursing homes, passenger trains, TV stations, power grids, factories, and busses. Many of these attacks are war crimes under international law.
January 15, 1999---A "massacre" is manufactured in Racak by the US media and government. In fact, those killed were KLA separatists who had murdered Serbian policemen and had been killed in combat against Yugoslav police. 
February, 1999---At a staged peace conference at Rambouillet, the US demands that Serbia allow Kosovo to become an independent nation after three years and that US and NATO troops be allowed to occupy Serbia. The US diktat was meant to force a war which the U.S. had long been planning. Rambouillet was a transparent sham.

March, 1999---Yugoslavia's democratically elected leaders reject the US peace deal as tantamount to dismemberment and military occupation, unacceptable to a sovereign state. 
March 24, 1999---NATO launched air strikes against Yugoslavia for 78 days, killing thousands of Serbian civilians. The KLA and U.S. advisers create a fake humanitarian catastrophe by telling and even forcing Kosovo Albanians to flee into Albania and Macedonia Yugoslav forces are falsely blamed for driving out Albanians. The U.S. scores a huge propaganda success with images of refugees. 
June 10, 1999---NATO forces Slobodan Milosevic to withdraw Yugoslav forces from Kosovo and to allow NATO to occupy it. NATO occupies Kosovo.
June 12, 1999---After 50,000 NATO peacekeepers begin deployment in Kosovo, over 200,000 Kosovo Serbs, Roma, Gorani, and Jews are forced out of Kosovo by Albanians. Thousands of Kosovo Serbs are murdered by Albanians as NATO takes control of the province. Over 150 Serbian Orthodox Churches would be destroyed by Albanian Muslims protected by NATO troops.

April, 2007---Russia rejected the Marti Ahtisaari proposal in the U.N. Security Council because it violated Serbian sovereignty by supporting Albanian separatism.
June, 2007---U.S. President George W. Bush claimed that Kosovo had to be independent "sooner rather than later." This is an issue for the UN to be decided under international law, however, not a decision for the President of the U.S.

	1999 -- Albanian Islamic terrorists, popularly referred in Western media as "rebels", pose with severed heads of Kosovo Serbs after a beheading session. Beheading is a popular way of slaying among Muslims.

August, 2007---Envoys from the U.S., EU and Russia began 120 days of further negotiations between Albanian separatists and the Serbian government in order to reach an agreement. No agreement was forthcoming because the only "agreement" the U.S. was pushing was an independent "Kosova". There was nothing to negotiate about. The negotiations were a sham and a hoax. 
December, 2007---Albanian separatist efforts fail at the U.N. The U.S. and Albanian goal is then to unilaterally declare independence outside of international law and the UN Charter, which is illegal and violates the sovereignty of Serbia and denies the will of the majority of Serbs. The majority of the Serbian population rejects the secession of Kosovo by Albanian separatists. This decision is reached by means of the democratic process.
February, 2008---Having failed to achieve their separatist agenda through international law and in the U.N., the U.S. switched gears and told the Albanian separatists to unilaterally declare an independent "Kosova". This is an illegal act which violates all international norms and conventions and laws. The U.S. reliance is on military force only. The illegal measure is justified by force only.

SESELJ'S INDICTMENT FOR "CHETNIK SINS"

Before the illegitimate Hague Tribunal, indictment proceedings against the president of the Serbian Radical Party, Dr. Vojislav Seselj, on grounds of emphasized and re-emphasized "Chetnik sins", is currently taking place.
On this issue, the prosecution called on a Frenchmen of Croatian descent, Yves Tomich, a doctor in Slavic studies at Sorbonne University, and a scientific researcher on the Balkans. It can be concluded that Tomich lectures on Slavic studies and that he is not an expert regarding history. However, this essentially is irrelevant. Tomich's "expert report" would, at any rate, resemble that of a historian because history of the western world, from 1943, accepts and attends to Communist propaganda. An example; the volumes of the British "Grand Strategy" within the chapters regarding Yugoslavia, would not abash the renowned Broz Military History Institute. Countering the previous is a book by Jean Christophe Buisson "The Hero Who Was Betrayed by the Allies - General Mihailovich 1893 - 1946". It is a realistic account of events, but when it was announced in France some time ago, it was met with whole negative criticism by the official public.

LIES REGARDING Dr. STEVAN MOLJEVICH
Per reports by "Beta" news agency, Yves Tomich primarily testifies that "Seselj and his party's ideological concept of Greater Serbia were taken from the Ravnagora Movement from WWII, and directly from the Chetnik duke Momcilo Djujich." And he then subsequently mentions the "ideologist of the Ravnagora Movement Dr. Stevan Moljevich", who was in favor of "a homogenic Serb entity without any national minorities that was to be established through exchange of populations, as well as through "cleansing" of non-Serbs from territory considered to be Serbian." So, for a start, we have in front of us a classic falsification and complete incomprehension of things.
The falsification is in attributing the word "cleansing" to, a leader of the Independent Democratic Party and Serbian Cultural Club, president of the French-Serbian Friendship Society and British-Serbian Friendship Society, a huge adversary of German Nazism, a man who spoke four foreign languages, and a doctor in the science of law, Stevan Moljevich. In his work "Homogenous Serbia", written in 1941, there is no word "cleansing" which today means "ethnic cleansing" and that is, without epilogue, tied to the Serbs in the Hague Tribunal. Moljevich wrote exactly this:
"Transmigration and population exchange, in particular Croatians from Serbian and Serbians from Croatian territories, is the only way to achieve demarcation and create better relations between them, and with that avert the possibility of repeating horrible crimes which had occurred in the previous war, and particularly in this current one, on all territories where Serbians and Croatians are mixed and where the Croatians and Muslims proceeded with planned eradication of the Serbs."
Such as in Moljevich's work there is no word "cleansing", such is the same in that there is no remark of population exchange with all people who lived on Serbian ethnic territory. This only pertained to those people who "proceeded with planned eradication of the Serbs".
Moljevich had seen with his own eyes "horrible crimes", barely escaping Croatians and Muslims from Banja Luka. Italian historian Marco Aurelio Rivelli, in his book "Archbishop of Genocide", not using Serbian, and not even Chetnik resources, established that the Croatians and Muslims killed as many as 700,000 Serbian civilians up to 1943. Aurelio's book, by its title speaks of the leader of the Catholic church in Croatia, Archbishop Alojzija Stepinac, is equipped to be used in a court of law as a complete arraignment of the "Independent State of Croatia" and the Vatican. The domestic Serbian government could present it, as is, without many words because there would be no need for them in a just court, in seeking war reparations from Croatia and the Vatican.
But, today we do not have that type of government or that type of international court. This illegal Hague court, with certainty, will never call upon an expert of Marco Aurelio's caliber. A necessity for this court are false experts such Yves Tomich, who will attempt to turn black into white and white into black. Who will, accordingly, suppress the genocide against the Serbs, pursuing not only to bring into misunderstanding Moljevich's plan, written in attempt to foil some future genocide - heretofore depicting that same plan as an act of genocide.
Over and above, the future genocide, which Moljevich was thinking about, enacted itself out in the '90's in operations "Flash" and "Storm", precisely under the protection of the promoter of this illegal tribunal in The Hague. So, in transaction, we have total over-turn in just one gesture - in one "expert report".

RAVNGORA MOVEMENT
While the "Hague expert" in regard to his falsified report was malicious, we can be certain that his incomprehension of things and events when speaking of the Ravnagora Movement is totally without reservation. Because, this type of incomprehension exists in Serbia also, even now in school textbooks, even today, 19 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the formal upheaval of Communism.
Yves Tomich is unaware that the history of the Ravnagora Movement is much deeper. He actually doesn't even know that the Ravnagora Movement during 1941 and 1942, which he states as the period of Moljevich's greatest activities, did not exist. The directive to establish the Ravnagora Movement was given by Draza no sooner than December 1943. Earlier before that there was no need, because the political personnel of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia were doing their job as were their colleagues from other occupied European countries, and even those from Tomich's France, and that, in the same place - London.
But - yes, now we're approaching an even bigger hole in Tomich's education. He, in his "expert reporting" did not mention the Kingdom of Yugoslavia at all, because it is apparent that he's not aware of its existence. This country had existed, equally as did France, during the occupation. It was internationally recognized and was part of an international anti-Hitler coalition, known as the Western Allies. Its government and its King, as did France's government and president, temporarily shared an immigrant's fate, until the passing of the period of illegal occupation. The difference between the two resided in the armed forces, in favor of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Unlike the French, the minister of defense of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and commandant of the Yugoslavian Army, known as the Chetniks by the entire world, was at the scene in the unoccupied forests and mountains and at the forefront of the liberation campaign.
Then came that disastrous 1943 and the government terrorism of Great Britain and Winston Churchill, which began personally against the legitimate government of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, fraught with imposed falsely illustrated events. The following year was much worse. In that year, the British perpetrated an upheaval in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. They took advantage of the fact that the prime minister, Dr. Bozidar Purich, and King Peter the Second, were Britain's guests. Purich was physically dismissed. In spite of threats, blackmail and being offered bribes, he never signed a notice of resignation. The British, with force, brought in his place who they wanted - governor of the province of Croatia Dr. Ivan Subasich. Unlike Purich, the young twenty-one year old king succumbed to threats of being left without sustenance and of being exiled to Africa. He signed a re-script regarding his own abdication, but, since that re-script was enforced, then it too is illegal, as was the dismissal of Bozidar Purich.
Why did the West, with Great Britain at the forefront, do all this?
So to recognize and to bring to rule, one terroristic organization and self-proclaimed "national liberation army", with its mass murdering leader, the Croat named J.B. Tito.
Towards the end of 1943, Draza saw that western politics towards the Serbs basically did not differ from that of Hitler's politics. Hitler and Churchill lead policies of ripping apart the Serbian people, favoring the Croatians, the Muslims and the Albanians; the first along Nazi and Fascist regimes and the second along Communist movements. Draza's idea, of a non-military defense against the new enemy, was to create a wide-ranging political front. He saw the base of this front, as non-party affiliated and above all parties, in the Ravnagora Movement. What ensued was the formation of national Ravnagora councils wherever it was possible on liberated territory. Simultaneously, all pre-war political parties were called upon. The main councils and other legal bodies of these parties held a secret meeting in occupied Belgrade. These were the Radicals, Democrats, Agriculturalists, Socialists, Republicans, etc. We're talking about the political parties which possessed more than 90% of the Serbian and Slovenian electorate in the last pre-war elections in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Serbian and Slovenian only, not Croatian, because Hitler fought against the Serbs and Slovenians, while the Croatians were his allies. The political parties that had 90% of the electorate formed with the Ravnagora Movement and with many non-party affiliated fraternities, the largest coalition that ever existed in this region. This coalition was called the Yugoslavian National Democratic League. This league formed, or better said, revived the National Parliament of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The revived parliament was called the Central National Committee of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The president of the parliament was the same person as before the war: Dr. Mihajlo Kujundzich from the Democratic Party. The parliament formed a new government called the Executive Council of the Central National Committee. President of the government was Dr. Stevan Moljevich, the secretary was Djura Djurovich also from the Democratic Party (Djurovich's doctorate thesis is preserved somewhere in the vicinity of Tomich's cabinet at Sorbonne University).
The new government assumed the political dominion of the kingdom when Churchill dismissed Dr. Bozidar Purich and his government in London. From that moment on the legal government of the kingdom was not the one that Churchill - Subasich established, but rather the one that was legitimately selected by the deputies of all the Democratic political parties, the non-party affiliated fraternities and the Ravnagora Movement, i.e. the Central National Committee.

QUESTION OF BORDERS
The revived National Parliament of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia declared upon one occasion the questions, that also interests the "Hague Expert", regarding the state regime and state borders. That historical document is known as the Ba Resolution. This is the only legitimate, effectively and respectively adopted, and respectively official document regarding these questions, originated by the authority of the Yugoslavian Army and was in general sprouted from whatsoever legal Yugoslavian body during WWII. All else were just suggestions, ideas or thoughts, as was Dr. Stevan Moljevich's plan; "Homogenous Serbia".
The word is regarding the fourth point in the Ba Resolution, where it states:
"To completely revive the Yugoslavian State and to expand its territory onto those where Serbs, Croatians and Slovenians live and that, as a minimum, request that the future Yugoslavia be given territory requested by the Yugoslavian delegation at the peace conference following WWI."

If he does this, he'll see that "Moljevich and the Ravnagora Movement" didn't request the enlargement of Yugoslavia with "parts of Bulgarian, Rumanian, Hungarian, Austrian and Italian territories". This was requested by the Yugoslavian delegation at the aforementioned peace conference. The president of this delegation was Nikola Pasich, the finest politician in Serbian history. The Serbian part of the delegation was made up of the finest academics with Slobodan Jovanovich and Jovan Cvijich at the forefront. The Croatians and Slovenians also sent their best people. They all requested territorial expansion: Serbs more so to the South and East, Croatians and Slovenians more so to the West.
Why were they doing this?
Firstly, because that was a time of two disintegrating occupational powers: the Ottoman Empire and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Before World War One, together with Greece, Bulgaria, Rumania and Montenegro, Serbia leads the first Balkan War in favor of finally driving out the Ottoman occupiers from the Balkans. The war was successfully managed and negotiations of borders ensued. Serbia counted on having access to the sea via Skadar and Durres (Drach in Serbian), areas where Serbs drove away the Ottoman Caliphate.
Austro-Hungary, by price of a new war, did not allow Serbia to keep the closest access to the sea. By Austro-Hungary's demand, here was where the Albania State was created and established. Afterwards, Serbia will be forced to build a railway to the sea, with extreme hardship, over the mountainous terrain of Montenegro. As such, Austro-Hungary's unfriendliness was a high price to pay for decades, because the railway Belgrade-Bar became the largest lost investment in the history of the country (40 billion dollars).
Soon after, in WWI, Austro-Hungary is crushed. At the peace conference in Paris, Serbs requested from their allies in the war against Austro-Hungary, to be returned that what was taken from them by Austro-Hungary. But, the allies did not allow that. Including the remaining requests and even those that the "Hague Expert" enumerated on, all was essentially dismissed. Only two Bulgarian districts were awarded in the name of war reparations.
Later, in World War Two, the allies were restored. This is why the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, and not Dr. Stevan Moljevich and the Ravnagora Movement, requested for the renewal of demands that weren't realized after World War One. Regarding the internal border changes, this was not officially executed. Unofficially, leading politicians suggested that the territories of Serbia and Slovenia be expanded and that Croatia's be reduced because of their allegiance to Hitler. By Dr. Moljevich's map, the Italian peninsula of Istria was to be annexed to Slovenia, not Croatia. Then the western world destroyed the kingdom and promoted a Communist Yugoslavia. Communist Yugoslavia renewed territorial demands only in the western part of the country, those that first and foremost benefited Croatia. The main demand was adopted: The peninsula of Istria was annexed to Yugoslavia. This peninsula, which was primarily populated by Italians, and which was part of an Italian state in some form from days of old, was striped from Italy. Later it was made out that Istria was not annexed to Yugoslavia but rather to Croatia. Italy was punished for its Fascist regime, while Croatia with a much worse Fascist regime, and was rewarded. This is how Draza's predictions were realized from the end of 1943. The West promoted from then on up to today and will continue to the very end, the following principle: they will support the Croatians, Muslims and Albanians regardless of their behavior; they will lead an anti-Serbian policy regardless of their behavior, respectively. Neither legal, nor Democratic, nor whatsoever civilized achievements, won't interest them.

ANOTHER DAMNATION OF DUKE DJUJICH
Of course, the "Hague Expert" didn't leave out to mention "Chetnik war crimes" per Communist propaganda. He said that the Chetniks had killed "around 13,000 Muslims", presenting the killings as a premeditated genocidal act. He won't mention that there is not one document in where the body of the Yugoslavian Army planned and ordered whatsoever kind of genocidal act or civilian massacre. By the Croatian church and Croatian organizations; there are many of these kinds of orders. The same is true by Communist organizations as well. But, by the Yugoslavian Army (Chetniks), there is only a chain of orders and precautions prohibiting reprisals against Croatian and Muslim civilians. Many Serbs became crazed with grief when finding their families massacred and the only thing left in their lives was found in revenge. And they did: they killed around 6,500 Muslim and around 2,000 Croatian civilians. Some were executed for that during the war, on part by the Yugoslavian Army (Chetniks). Some committed suicide. Some were charged after the war. Yet, to craftily purport as the "Hague Expert" does, has nothing to do with what really happened. He, therefore, accuses of genocide an army that had systematically forbid reprisals and stopped the number of killed civilians to 8,500, while protecting those who truly committed genocide, killing 700,000 Serbian civilians up to 1943, and while protecting their successors in the political scene.
The "Hague Expert" especially went after Duke Momcilo Djujich, commander of the Dinara Chetnik Division. He claims that the duke was responsible for the killing of 1,800 Croatian civilians. Most currently prior to that, the "Hague Expert" testified that the Communist account of victims during WWII were false. He did not express a grain of doubt regarding the Communist accusation against Duke Djujich.
The "Hague Expert" should know before all that every Yugoslavian Army commandant who survived the war and immigrated to the west, was accused for tyrannical war crimes by Communist Yugoslavia. Some of the accused were even those who spent most of the war in German concentration camps. The Communists had just one criterion: that that commandant was still living.
Therefore, the "Hague Expert" should know that Communist Yugoslavia demanded extradition of all Yugoslav Army commandants from all western countries where they resided in after the war.
Lastly, the "Hague Expert" should know that not one western country ratified any Communist extradition demands regarding Yugoslav Army commandants. Western countries investigated those demands, and then were sequentially dismissed.
The "Hague Expert" doesn't need to go to the U.S.A. to ponder over documents regarding Communist damnation of Duke Djujich. He can find in Paris a famous court proceeding against one of the most important Yugoslavian Army commandants; Colonel Velimir Piletich. Communist Yugoslavia demanded Piletich's extradition, and France responded to the indictment by giving the Communists a chance to prove their tyrannical accusation. By all accounts, the false Communist charges were dismissed.
