This week has seen catastrophic flooding overwhelm many cities and towns of Serbia and Bosnia. In just a matter of a couple of days, so much of the homeland for so many is in dire circumstances due to rainfall that has been relentless and flood waters that have shown no mercy. This is SERBIA'S KATRINA.

The Serbs have endured so much through the centuries. This too they will endure and they will prevail, for that is who they are.

In this posting I have included a number of random links to news stories in either English or Serbian and random links to information about how to help in this time of crisis. This is not a comprehensive list.

There are many avenues now opening up to help the Serbs in the homeland get through this latest hardship.

Pray for them.

In closing I wanted to share a bit of excellent news that redeems the day - from a Serb named Vanja:

"At the same time that we are facing this unprecedented weather crisis, today in Serbia were born 1909 babies - a record number of births in the last 20 years."

Serbian Interior Ministry urges citizens who are affected by floods and in need of assistance for evacuation to call: +381 11 2289-208, +381 11 2282-910, +381 11 2741-157, +381 11 2282-943 and +381 11 2282-944.

Police emphasizes that these numbers are only for evacuation and assistance to vulnerable citizens, not for information. Those threatened in flooded areas and in need of emergency assistance and rescue teams, can call toll-free number 112 with all mobile operators.

Number 1985 is dedicated to cases of life endangerment. Police appeals citizens to call this number only as the last resort.

It will be interesting to actually what the financial donation will be from the United States of America and Britain will be?

I have a faint suspicion it might be MORE CREDIT via the IMF, MMF and the EU.

I feel Serbia should make appeal to the BRICS countries!

I have yet to see a disaster fund clip video, that can be played by all the worldwide media stations, who choose to initially ignore the crisis and disaster!

It will be interesting to see how many companies from those countries will offer their civil engineering services!

Paracin – Photo: Facebook “Many meteorologists, hydrologists, geologists and electrical engineers have noticed that characteristics of the recent floods in Serbia do not respond to what we know about the origin of the catastrophic floods. Something wasn’t right from the start. Three days before the beginning of the cyclone rain European and world meteorological stations announced satellite images of a spiral black cloud which was orbiting the central Balkans. Even then was forecast that in areas in which cyclone pours the rain, the amount will be at least 120 liters of water per square meter,” said Dr. Abramovic. “After the circulation which cyclone used to suck all the moisture from a large area, it stopped, almost to the millimeter (as seen on the map of rainfall) over Serbian Balkan territories. It seems unreal and inconceivable how precise the rains fell on territories inhabited by mostly Serbs: the territory of the Republika Srpska, central and western Serbia, capturing a part of Slavonia, part where mostly Serbian population lives,” he said. Dr. Abramovic asked:”Is it possible that the cyclone was ethnically determined?,” recalling that the cyclone did not spread over Vojvodina, simply because the European Union believes that Vojvodina is already in the EU. He also recalled that there were other signs that a guided climatological weapon was used: the absence of thunder and lightning, the way the rain was concentrated, as if it was poured from a bucket. Dr. Abramovic mentioned the famous HAARP program and its effect on climate: “There were predictions that after the HAARP system is officially shut down, the hole in the ionosphere will go to the ground with great speed, causing a low-frequency ionosphering wave, or the oscilation of the ionosphere layer, that is called “tectonic” in the literature,” said dr. Abramovic, adding that the reason for this name is the resonance that the ionospheric wave establishes with the tectonic plates in the ground.” The main test which was expected after the sudden shut down of the HAARP system was to see whether there will be earthquakes after the rainfall in the region of the Balkans, and that, dr. Abramovic says, happened: “Only 24 hours after sun appeared over Serbia, in central Albania was recorded earthquake of 5.2 degrees on the Richter scale that affected a part of Montenegro and Skopje. Three days after shut down of the HAARP there was an earthquake in the Republika Srpska which only confirmed that artificially induced ionospheric activity launched the most unstable tectonic hotspots.”
