Biže to potpuno nov proizvod, osmišljen i stvoren u Srbiji - kaže Živorad.

On potiče iz zlatne generacije majstora ovdašnje vojne fabrike osamdesetih godina.

Air Serbia running multiple scams on passengers

October 14, 2018
by Branko Babić
Scam after Scam after Scam by Air Serbia. Are there any accountants out there who can calculate an estimated “Audit” of Air Serbia’s Income and Expenditure?

I was “mugged” by Air Serbia on my recent visit to Belgrade. I could not believe how exploitative the airline has become. The Serbs have a fine saying “ Kada direktori firme pocnu da jedu govna, sve je propalo”.
I bought an economy class return ticket from London to Belgrade that was by no means cheap (just under £300) and gave no thought to the baggage section but paid £6 for a window seat. Much to my surprise the ticket attendant demanded an extra (£54 odd) for baggage. I do not travel regularly so was astonished at the extra cost and was advised that I would have to pay another (£54 something) from Belgrade to London? I nearly had a fit because that was about £100 on top of the economy ticket price so I was rude and demanded my money back and wanted to go fly with a different airline. Not possible Sir!
After much ado I paid up, only to find that the customary perfunctory dry meal and coffee/drinks that used to be on offer during the flight was also charged for, as was anything else you wanted to have? So with additional costs the economy ticket amounted to about £400! This is astonishing!
The mugging continued at the check-in desk in Belgrade. I have 6 litres of “shljiva”, said I, and some jars of “Aivar” and would like this baggage sent as “Fragile” freight. The X-Ray technician said “you are only allowed to carry 5 litres of plum brandy”. Perplexed and frustrated, I took out a litre bottle and was wondering to whom I should give this prime vintage rakija, when the technician said, “But you are carrying this in plastic bottles”. “Of course I am, said I”. The plastic of these compressed gas drinks bottles is stronger and more resistant to impact and does not break if dropped. “But that is not allowed”, said he. “What!… “What!” But we have always carried rakija in these bottles as on previous occasions glass bottles have broken in transit and caused substantial damage to our luggage. “No” said the technician. “You are only allowed 5 litres in glass bottles and they have to be sealed by the manufacturer”. So the whole lot went down the sink in the nearby WC. How any X-Ray photo could tell if the bottle was sealed by the manufacturer is beyond me and by this stage I was fuming.
There is a massive fraud being exacted on the Serb people and what the above experience demonstrates is that self-appointed nefarious cabals are ripping off Serbs at every turn. It also means that the “seljak” who plants plum trees, nurtures them, picks the fruit, prepares the ferment and distils the plum brandy is unable to sell his produce to people who are travelling abroad via Air Serbia. What is being enforced here is the cheap sale of plum brandy to a bottler who bottles the brandy and then sells the same brandy one would buy from the farmer at an exorbitant mark-up. Unbelievable, crude exploitation of Serb farmers!
What is happening it seems to me is that some secret criminal setup has taken control of Air Serbia and is ripping passengers off at every turn and what I experienced can only be the tip of the iceberg. This sort of abuse is happening because the elected government is not fit for purpose. This could not go on under the nose of a democratically elected government that works properly. It seems to me that the cabal controlling all this is able to specify conditions for using Air Serbia. This even goes so far as to force passengers to wrap baggage (that has previously been used for many years on this route) in cellophane wrapping. Presumably the cabal instructs staff to find reasons as to why baggage must be wrapped and then directs them to the only wrapping facility nearby, which charges for the service. No doubt the company doing the wrapping also belongs to the same cabal so that additional money is extracted from passengers!? A cumulative rip-off, that extracts over £400 UK for economy travel from London to Belgrade. Unbelievable scams are being exacted on Air Serbia passengers. As an example of travelling costs, an economy ticket from London to Australia can be bought from several companies, for just over £400 UK!
The Serbian Orthodox Church has recently distanced itself from the Serbian Government as it considers the people in charge unfit to preside over society. And still, nothing is changing and every day aeroplanes fly over Serbia polluting the air with poison referred to “Chemtrails”. The sky was covered with chemtrail clouds and every day many aeroplanes were seen discharging this poison into the sky and the government does nothing.
Where is all the money so generated disappearing too? Most certainly it does not seem to be going to improving living standard for the Serb people!
Editor’s Note: In the interests of fairness we should point out that Air Serbia’s main competitors for London-Belgrade flights is WizzAir. For flights over the summer holiday period a similar set of tariffs also exist. However, the cost of the flight is significantly higher with Air Serbia compared with WizzAir, sometimes several times more.
For those who are expecting a more traditional ‘flight costs include everything’ pricing, these additional costs undoubtedly come as an unwelcome surprise.
